It does have a good ending though. The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle They will be remade, or perhaps more accurately, regurgitated as a demon of Ruin. Serina and Nomi both had to reinvent themselves throughout the series but more so in Queen of Ruin when they were faced with obstacles that threatened to tear them apart forever.But my favorite parts were the parallels between what we see happening in our world and what was happening in this one, and the efforts to move forward to make their existence better.
